Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, including blueprints, flowcharts, user manuals, and supplementary guides that translate complex system functionalities into clear, actionable resources.
- Compile, analyze, and present regular progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting milestones, issues, and recommendations for system enhancements.
- Design and conduct training sessions and workshops for end‑users, ensuring they are proficient in navigating and leveraging the ERP system to meet their daily operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with Programmers and System Developers to communicate user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate system upgrades or customizations.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business processes, industry regulations, and strategic objectives to tailor ERP solutions that add measurable value.
- Support post‑implementation activities, including data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing to guarantee a smooth transition to live environments.
- Maintain an organized repository of all project documentation, ensuring version control and easy accessibility for the entire project team.
- Stay current with emerging ERP trends, best practices, and new functionalities within the Odoo ecosystem to recommend innovative improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or D3/S1) in IT, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience supporting ERP implementations; prior work with Odoo is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical abilities—capable of conducting business and functional requirement analyses and translating them into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection for remote collaboration.
- Preferred residency in the Jabodetabek area to facilitate occasional on‑site visits.
