Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer for its Duri branch in Provinsi Riau. This full‑time position offers a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing financial services team, engage with both existing and new customers, and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering accessible credit solutions across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively promote and sell Adira Finance’s product portfolio—including personal loans, vehicle financing, and consumer credit—to existing customers and prospective clients.
  • Generate new business by identifying and nurturing leads from the distribution channel network, conducting initial data collection, and verifying applicant information.
  • Prepare, review, and complete all required customer documentation and credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, maintain clear communication with dealers and customers, and relay credit decisions promptly.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions they need to be aware of.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to resolve any documentation issues and expedite approval processes.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline; graduates from all majors are welcome.
  • Age limit: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as per current posting requirements).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal abilities are also considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
  • Core competencies: B2C sales management, customer‑focused selling, effective communication, and target‑driven mindset.
