Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, convey special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing glassware, and restocking service stations.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, respond to feedback, and resolve issues with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and personal grooming.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and menu tastings to stay updated on new offerings.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as inventory checks, cash register reconciliation, and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, aged between 18 and 25 years.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, capable of standing for long periods and handling a fast‑paced environment.
- Attractive personal appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to work independently when required.
- Preferred residence in Tawangmangu, Karangpandaan, or surrounding areas to ensure punctuality.
- Not currently enrolled in university or similar full‑time academic programs.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn advanced hospitality techniques.
