Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Human Resources (HR) to join our fast‑growing team within the financial services sector. This pivotal role will support the development and execution of HR strategies that align with our business objectives, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor law and tax regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with a solid academic background in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management, and at least three years of hands‑on experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle—from talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires—ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer and maintain employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), issue warning letters, and manage resignation or termination processes in strict accordance with applicable labor legislation and internal policies.
- Develop, distribute, and periodically evaluate employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing actionable feedback to supervisors and contributing to performance‑driven culture.
- Interpret and apply the Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and PPh 21 tax regulations, offering guidance to both employees and management on compliance matters.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, while preserving a respectful workplace environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement talent development programs, succession planning, and career pathing strategies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making for workforce planning and budgeting.
- Lead and mentor junior HR staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and promoting continuous learning.
- Ensure all HR activities adhere to the organization’s ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and data‑privacy policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Legal Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and PPh 21 tax regulations.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to induction.
- KPI Management: Experience designing, implementing, and reviewing employee performance metrics.
- Contract Administration: Proficiency in handling various employment contracts, disciplinary letters, and termination procedures.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
