Introduction
The Operational Administrative Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of our organization. Working six days a week, you will support multiple departments, handle essential paperwork, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and file a wide range of documents including invoices, purchase orders, and internal memos.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Enter daily transaction data into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with a focus on precision and timeliness.
- Assist in inventory tracking by updating stock logs, coordinating with warehouse staff, and generating periodic reports.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, external appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Provide frontline support to visitors and callers, delivering courteous and professional service.
- Compile weekly and monthly operational reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Support the procurement process by preparing requisition forms, following up on delivery status, and reconciling received goods.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain employee attendance records and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting streamlined procedures that enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Male candidate, unmarried, minimum age of 20 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Positive attitude, loyalty, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
