Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks according to the restaurant’s standards, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor table conditions, refill drinks, and respond to additional guest requests throughout the dining period.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and close out tabs accurately, maintaining the daily cash register target of Rp 100.000 per shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and complying with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking supplies, preparing condiments, and performing end‑of‑day inventory checks.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen crew, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak periods and special events like the Lebaran holiday schedule.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and customer‑service best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on guest satisfaction, operational challenges, and suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates, with no upper age limit.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Willingness to work the Lebaran schedule, including the H‑7 (seven days before) period when demand peaks.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language ability is a plus.
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays or supplies as needed.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during holidays.
