Responsibilities

  • Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
  • Serve meals and beverages efficiently, adhering to proper plating and presentation standards while monitoring table conditions for timely refills and clean‑up.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including resetting tables, polishing utensils, and ensuring dining areas meet health‑safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bussers, and fellow servers to synchronize service flow during peak hours.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and generate accurate bills, following company policies for cash handling and record‑keeping.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to management while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on menu knowledge, food safety, and customer service best practices.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking of service items, and reporting of any equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 25 years old.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
  • Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or catering environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Core Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Personal Traits: Reliable, honest, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
  • Availability: Full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, ability to multitask under pressure, and proficiency with POS technology.
