Introduction
SPG/SPB Logistik Area Palu is a dynamic position within our growing logistics network, focused on coordinating courier operations, driving sales, and strengthening relationships with both couriers and end‑users. The role is based in the Palu region and offers a full‑time schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexible work‑day arrangements that will be confirmed during the onboarding process. As a key liaison between the company and its courier partners, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our delivery services meet the highest standards of reliability, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily courier needs across the assigned area, ensuring optimal coverage for all delivery routes.
- Conduct market analysis to understand local demand trends and align courier availability with user expectations.
- Communicate the unique benefits of becoming a SPX courier, highlighting competitive earnings, flexible schedules, and career advancement opportunities.
- Build trust with couriers by clearly presenting the company’s background, operational standards, and safety protocols.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic partnership development.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company branding standards during all field interactions.
- Promote courier positions directly to prospective candidates through in‑person engagements, job fairs, and community events.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on courier performance, market insights, and sales outcomes to senior management.
- Collaborate with the logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
