Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Akuntansi Keuangan dan Laporan to join our dynamic finance team in Bandar Lampung. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, statutory reports, and other regulatory submissions required by Indonesian authorities.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual results, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate the closing process, reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, updating financial models, and presenting findings.
- Maintain proper documentation and archiving of all accounting records in accordance with company policy and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including procurement, sales, and HR—to ensure accurate cost allocation and expense tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and internal control enhancements within the finance department.
- Respond to internal and external audit inquiries, providing necessary schedules and explanations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Age: Candidates should be 27 years old or younger, with a particular focus on female applicants as per company policy.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the current posting emphasizes a preference for female candidates.
- Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, but prior experience in accounting, especially in strategic financial reporting, will be given priority.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bandar Lampung.
- Professional Skills: Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards, strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, or SAP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high level of integrity, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and a presentable appearance.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
