Introduction
The Manajer Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (Human Resources Development Manager) will lead our talent development initiatives and ensure that our workforce remains skilled, motivated, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This full‑time position works Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and may be placed at any of our regional offices across Indonesia. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who can balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that address both technical competencies and soft‑skill development for employees at all levels.
- Conduct needs‑analysis surveys and collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and future talent requirements.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline for junior and mid‑level positions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Develop succession‑planning frameworks and career‑pathing tools to retain high‑potential talent.
- Coordinate performance‑management cycles, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs that promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) and produce monthly reports for senior leadership.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns promptly while upholding professional ethics.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) is considered a strong advantage.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
