Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive Junior / Account Manager (B2B) to join our fast‑growing technology distribution team in the heart of Jakarta. This role focuses on driving sales of laptops, smartphones, and other gadgets to corporate and government projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder with a solid understanding of IT procurement processes and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Location: Full‑time, on‑site (Full WFO) in Cideng, Gambir, Central Jakarta.
Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:30‑18:00 (Saturday until 17:00). Additional leave is granted for national holidays worked, except major holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, New Year, and Chinese New Year.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute laptops, smartphones, and other gadgets to corporate and government procurement projects.
  • Manage end‑to‑end project procurement cycles, from tender participation (LKPP, Siplah, E‑Catalog) to delivery and post‑sale support.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture new B2B and B2G clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Track sales pipelines, follow up on invoices, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Analyze client needs, propose appropriate technology solutions, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, finance, and technical support—to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date database of corporate and government contacts, and regularly update CRM records.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and government tender briefings to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2G sales, preferably within the IT hardware sector.
  • Demonstrated success handling government tenders and corporate procurement processes.
  • Strong network of corporate and government decision‑makers (highly preferred).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written/ verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Professional appearance, confidence, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM).
  • Good health and stamina to handle a demanding travel schedule.
