We are looking for energetic, self‑motivated individuals to join us as Sales WiFi (Penjualan Langsung) – Sales Executive. This role goes beyond traditional door‑to‑door selling; it is an adventure that combines relationship building, product advocacy, and market intelligence to help customers experience truly lag‑free connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Hunting & Canvassing: Proactively visit residential complexes, commercial hubs, and office parks to introduce MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic plans. Generate qualified leads through face‑to‑face interaction and personalized outreach.
  • Product Influencing: Present the technical advantages of MyRepublic’s network—such as low latency, symmetrical speeds, and reliable uptime—in an engaging, jargon‑free manner that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Target Achievement & Upselling: Meet daily and monthly sales quotas while identifying opportunities to upsell premium packages, add‑on services, and bundled solutions that increase average revenue per user.
  • Relationship Management: Build a “Circle of Trust” with each client by providing post‑sale support, handling inquiries promptly, and ensuring long‑term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence: Record sales activities, track competitor promotions, and relay market trends to the sales operations team to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and finance departments. Submit regular activity reports and feedback using MyRepublic’s CRM platform.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in product training sessions, sales workshops, and industry webinars to stay current on emerging broadband technologies and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Customer‑service orientation with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and market signals.
  • Self‑discipline to manage time effectively, meet targets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic office software for CRM updates.
