We are looking for a dedicated Swimming Coach to join our Water Immersion for Senior Health & Special Needs Adaptive Program. Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging swimming lessons tailored for children with special needs, seniors, and babies.
- Maintain accurate records of student skills, attendance, and progress using our proprietary software platform.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to parents or guardians, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Conduct routine maintenance of the pool area, including filtration systems, safety equipment, and teaching aids.
- Assist in the preparation of lesson plans that incorporate hydrotherapy principles, sensory stimulation, and age‑appropriate activities.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to each participant’s development.
- Participate actively in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for program enhancements.
- Support the onboarding of new participants by providing orientation sessions and safety briefings.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards mandated by local regulations and company policy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 in Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Psychology, Special Education, Physical Education, or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Age limit: 27 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience teaching or assisting in aquatic programs, especially with special‑needs populations.
- Basic swimming proficiency and the ability to demonstrate proper techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with participants and their families.
- Team‑player attitude with the flexibility to work independently when required.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new methods.
- Ability to attend a mandatory one‑month training program in West Jakarta prior to deployment.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00. Placement primarily in Central Java, with a preference for candidates residing in or near Sukoharjo.
