Introduction
PT. Mitra Motor Indonesia is expanding its sales force in Gresik, Jawa Timur, and is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Team Penjualan. This role is ideal for motivated candidates who are eager to develop a career in automotive sales, digital commerce, and dealer network management. You will work closely with dealers and internal sections to ensure seamless product promotion, partnership agreements, and achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and renew Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) with existing dealers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners, negotiating terms that align with corporate objectives.
- Educate dealers on product specifications, promotional programs, and the correct procedure for submitting independent purchase orders (PO).
- Coordinate daily with the Section Head Motor at the branch to align sales strategies and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor dealer performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
- Utilize Android smartphones and digital tools to track leads, update CRM data, and communicate with the sales team.
- Participate in regular market analysis to identify emerging trends in the automotive and digital sales space.
- Support online sales initiatives by learning and promoting e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at dealer events, roadshows, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid motorbike (motor) and active SIM C license.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and an active personal phone number.
- Strong desire to learn online sales and digital commerce techniques.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity, resilience, and a never‑give‑up attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market demands and customer needs.
