Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Blog Content Creator to join our fast‑growing digital team. This full‑time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about storytelling through video, love staying ahead of social media trends, and enjoy turning ideas into engaging online experiences. The position is based in our Jakarta office, with a regular schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and record high‑quality video content that aligns with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Edit raw footage using industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce polished videos ready for publication.
- Generate fresh, innovative content ideas that resonate across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the company blog.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely uploads.
- Monitor emerging social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to keep the brand’s voice relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to integrate visual assets and messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, click‑through rates) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright laws, brand guidelines, and platform policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute original content ideas.
- Excellent time‑management skills to schedule, upload, and monitor multiple pieces of content weekly.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
- Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for occasional weekend events or live streams.
