Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager / Supervisor to lead our flagship dining outlet in Bali. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a D3/D4 qualification (preferably in Hospitality, Management or Tourism), at least three years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, and a proven track record of leading teams to exceed service and financial targets.
The position operates on a Monday‑to‑Sunday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00, with expectations to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as the business demands. Applicants must be domiciled in Bali and be ready to join the team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every guest receives flawless service, handling complaints promptly and turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
- Sales & Financial Control: Monitor daily revenue, manage cash handling procedures, and analyze financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
- Sanitation, Safety & Security: Oversee strict compliance with hygiene standards, maintain a tidy and safe environment, and implement security protocols for staff and patrons.
- Utility Management: Track and optimize usage of electricity, water, and gas to reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes, manage ordering cycles, and minimize waste through effective inventory control.
- Target Achievement: Set realistic performance targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed them.
- Cross‑Department Coordination: Liaise with kitchen, procurement, marketing, and HR to ensure seamless operations and consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; preferred Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Hospitality, Management, or Tourism.
- At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Thorough understanding of restaurant SOPs, health regulations, and customer service standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must reside in Bali (domicile requirement).
