Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Produksi Paruh Waktu to join our dynamic printing and publishing team. This part‑time role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and possess a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that every book, brochure, or printed material meets our high standards of quality and is delivered on schedule. The position offers a balanced work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00, allowing you to contribute effectively while maintaining flexibility for other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Operate Production Equipment: Set up, run, and monitor printing presses, finishing machines, and binding equipment, ensuring optimal performance throughout each shift.
- Manage Production Workflow: Coordinate the entire print production cycle—from pre‑press preparation to final binding—following standard operating procedures and production timelines.
- Quality Control (QC): Conduct rigorous inspections at each stage (printing, cutting, folding, binding) to detect defects, verify color accuracy, and guarantee that the finished product meets client specifications.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the production floor organized, perform routine equipment cleaning, and adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with designers, editors, and logistics staff to resolve production issues, adjust schedules, and ensure smooth hand‑offs between departments.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record production data, log any equipment malfunctions, and prepare daily reports for supervisors to track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in printing, publishing, or related manufacturing environments; prior exposure to offset printing, digital presses, or bookbinding is a strong advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to spot color mismatches, paper defects, or binding errors quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and maneuver equipment safely.
- Honest, trustworthy character with a collaborative mindset; excellent communication skills to foster a family‑like team spirit.
- Basic computer literacy for operating production management software and completing QC checklists.
