Responsibilities
Credit Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory (Cilacap, Majenang, Purwokerto, Purbalingga).
- Conduct market research and credit assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of potential clients.
- Prepare and present tailored credit proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and risk management teams to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, update CRM records daily, and provide regular status reports to management.
- Participate in community events and networking activities to promote PT Kobus Smart Service’s brand and services.
Field Collection Specialist
- Visit assigned clients in the field to recover outstanding payments while preserving customer goodwill.
- Verify and reconcile account statements, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment plans that align with company policy.
- Document collection activities accurately in the system and report daily progress to the collection supervisor.
- Coordinate with sales and credit teams to obtain necessary documentation for dispute resolution.
- Monitor delinquent accounts, flag high‑risk cases, and recommend escalation when required.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve credit policies and collection strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- For CMO: prior experience in sales, marketing, account management, or field surveying is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- For Field Collection: experience as a collector, field collector, accounts receivable officer, or similar is advantageous, yet entry‑level applicants may be considered.
- Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, maintaining a results‑oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Cilacap, Majenang, Purwokerto, or Purbalingga.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions and willingness to continuously develop professional skills.
