Introduction
We are a rapidly growing educational center dedicated to nurturing the development of children from early childhood (ages 2‑6) through elementary and middle school levels. Our curriculum includes foundational literacy and numeracy (Calistung), English language immersion, enrichment programs, and creative stimulation classes that encourage curiosity and critical thinking. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can translate our educational passion into compelling digital stories that attract parents and inspire young learners.
Responsibilities
The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s online presence. Key duties include:
- Developing, curating, and publishing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms, ensuring visual consistency and voice alignment with our brand values.
- Conceptualizing educational and entertaining content ideas that resonate with our primary audience—parents seeking quality learning experiences for their children.
- Designing simple yet eye‑catching graphics, posters, and promotional assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or equivalent.
- Writing persuasive copy and captions that drive interaction, increase follower growth, and encourage enrollment inquiries.
- Monitoring and responding to direct messages, comments, and community inquiries in a timely, friendly manner, while supporting the sales team with lead follow‑up.
- Collaborating with instructional staff to promote upcoming classes, pop‑up events, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring accurate representation of program benefits.
- Analyzing performance metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through rates, conversion) to refine content strategy and report insights to senior management.
- Staying up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and proposing innovative tactics such as reels, stories, or interactive polls.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives (flyers, open‑house events) to create an integrated omni‑channel approach.
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Age: 20‑30 years (flexible, with a focus on energy and adaptability).
- Gender: Open to all; preference for candidates who can connect authentically with a predominantly female parent audience.
- Experience: 0‑2 years in digital marketing or social media management; internships or project work in education is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools; comfortable using scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later) and basic analytics dashboards.
- Copywriting: Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to craft concise, compelling messages.
- Soft Skills: Creative mindset, excellent communication, collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude toward meeting deadlines.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for child development and educational innovation, enabling authentic storytelling that resonates with parents.
