This position is the front line of our store, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s reputation. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in line with merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in regular product knowledge trainings and promotional events to stay current on new arrivals and special offers.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, safety, and data protection.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, inventory issues, and potential improvements.
- Represent the brand positively both in‑store and in the community, fostering loyalty and trust.
Requirements
- Male or female with a presentable and professional appearance.
- Single, aged between 18‑26 years.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Not currently enrolled in any school or university program.
- Resides near the outlet location (preferred).
- Open to flexible scheduling: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- All educational backgrounds are welcome; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
- Basic proficiency in retail management systems and POS software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product lines.
