Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and individual customers within the assigned Jatibarang territory.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotional offers, effectively communicating value propositions to diverse customer segments.
- Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with store owners and key decision‑makers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels on the vehicle, coordinate with the warehouse for restocking, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Record each transaction in the sales ledger, generate daily activity reports, and submit them to the regional manager for analysis.
- Inform customers about upcoming promotions, new product launches, and seasonal discounts, acting as a conduit for market feedback.
- Arrange product displays according to corporate merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are tidy, well‑stocked, and visually appealing.
- Monitor competitor activity in the field and report insights that could influence pricing or promotional strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the Artaboga distribution network.
