We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for our New Car Division in Depok. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the division’s sales objectives and brand positioning.
- Lead credit‑marketing initiatives, guiding prospects through the financing application process and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with third‑party agents, brokers, and showrooms to expand the dealership network and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and on‑site surveys to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and clear target orientation.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, digital campaigns, and event activations that highlight the unique value propositions of our new car lineup.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, average financing terms, and overall sales volume, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with credit reporting standards, ensuring all candidates pass clear BI checks and meet internal risk criteria.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on market performance, campaign ROI, and forecasted sales pipelines.
- Utilize personal transportation to conduct field visits, client meetings, and networking events across the Depok region.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Prior experience as a Credit Marketing Officer or Sales Representative in the automotive or financing sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and negotiate effectively with both individual consumers and corporate partners.

- Clear BI (Biro Kredit) checking status.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle for field activities.
