Responsibilities
- Follow and enforce all company standard operating procedures (SOP) during every shift.
- Execute production processes according to documented company guidelines and quality specifications.
- Monitor and control the production line, promptly identifying and addressing deviations or equipment malfunctions.
- Take full accountability for the output of assigned workstations, ensuring targets are met without compromising safety.
- Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining the required quality level.
- Produce high‑quality finished goods that meet ISO 9001 and internal quality benchmarks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment in compliance with occupational safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate production reports, including output quantities, downtime, and any non‑conformities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement lean manufacturing techniques and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in shift hand‑overs, communicating critical information and ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; some positions may accept SMP graduates with relevant experience.
- Age: 18‑30 years old.

- Work schedule: Ability to work on a rotating shift system, including night shifts if required.
- Physical appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings that conflict with safety standards.
- Core skills: Adaptability, effective communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards, basic product packaging procedures, and workplace safety protocols.
