Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Tim Operasional dan Pengembangan Proyek to spearhead the growth of our student‑card insurance program across schools, government agencies, community groups, markets and UMKM partners. This leadership role blends strategic business development, project execution, and team management to expand our market reach and deliver innovative insurance solutions tailored to the education sector.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self‑starter with strong networking abilities, a solid understanding of the insurance landscape, and the drive to build high‑performing teams that achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and negotiate partnership agreements with schools, government institutions, corporations, village communities, markets, and UMKM entities for the student‑card insurance program.
- Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end insurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with customer needs.
- Conduct thorough market research and on‑site surveys to map target demographics, assess demand, and refine product offerings.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with public and private stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing support of insurance programs.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, accompanied by detailed documentation, to senior management and partners.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of business partners and internal team members.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership network strategy, leveraging existing contacts and cultivating new alliances to maximize regional growth potential.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and propose actionable improvements to boost market penetration.
- Coordinate with marketing, underwriting, and claims departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance industry or a related B2B sales environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong motivation and relevant skills.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM sectors.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and lead teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales analysis, customer needs assessment, and market trend evaluation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and travel within the assigned region.
