We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Ponorogo. Responsibilities
- Engage walk‑in customers with enthusiastic product demonstrations and clear, jargon‑free explanations of features and benefits.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with daily foot traffic patterns and promotional calendars.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of each transaction, including receipts, warranties, and customer feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and report discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that highlight key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average ticket size, and product turnover.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights from the sales floor that can shape future campaigns and product placements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest electronic gadgets, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, functional, and stocked according to planograms.
- Contribute ideas for improving store processes, enhancing the customer journey, and increasing overall sales efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the electronics sector.
- Possession of a valid motorbike and a Class C driver’s license (SIM C) for on‑site mobility.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, showing empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer profiles.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work standard business hours (08:00 – 17:00) and adapt to occasional schedule adjustments as needed.
