Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Manager to lead our on‑site security team and ensure a safe, orderly environment for employees, visitors, and assets. This full‑time position is based at our main facility and operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of hands‑on security experience, a solid understanding of modern surveillance technology, and the ability to respond calmly and decisively to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

The Security Operations Manager will be the frontline guardian of our workplace, responsible for a broad spectrum of duties that protect people, property, and reputation.

  • Monitor and control all entry and exit points for personnel, contractors, and vehicles, verifying identification and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and using designated patrol vehicles, to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
  • Operate and review CCTV systems, ensuring that all cameras are functional and that footage is stored according to compliance standards.
  • Respond immediately to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first‑responder actions such as fire suppression, evacuation assistance, and basic medical aid.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting time, location, parties involved, and actions taken, and forward them to senior management and law‑enforcement when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments—Facilities, HR, and Operations—to align security protocols with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and inspect safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, first‑aid kits, and personal protective gear, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior security staff on situational awareness, conflict de‑escalation, and the proper use of security technology.
  • Stay updated on emerging security threats, industry best practices, and local legislation, recommending improvements to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with local law‑enforcement and emergency services during investigations, drills, and real‑time incidents.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the indicated soft skills.

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional security or related field experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CCTV monitoring, access control systems, fire‑extinguishing equipment, and basic first‑aid procedures.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work with evolving security technologies and integrate new tools quickly.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident reporting and coordination with diverse teams.
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated capability to assess situations rapidly and implement effective, calm responses.
  • Team Coordination: Experience leading small teams or coordinating field operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Physical Fitness: Capability to conduct patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond physically to emergencies.
