Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Sales Operations to join our fast‑growing ISP/TELCO business in Bali. This pivotal role will oversee daily sales activities, ensure seamless coordination between field teams and corporate functions, and drive revenue growth across the island’s diverse market segments. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a solid understanding of area mapping, strong networking abilities, and a passion for building high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the sales force, ensuring adherence to schedules, targets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed area‑mapping plans to optimize territory coverage, route planning, and resource allocation.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service departments to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, BPJS Kesehatan enrollment, and local transportation regulations (SIM C and personal motorbike).
  • Organize weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing training on sales techniques, product updates, and compliance matters.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff, leveraging existing industry relationships to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the ISP or telecommunications sector is highly preferred.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a personal motorbike for field mobility.
  • Proficient in area mapping and territory management tools.
  • Active BPJS Kesehatan membership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a sales team.
  • Extensive network within the sales and marketing community.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking, problem‑solving capability, and a results‑driven attitude.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
