Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Penagihan dan Pengelolaan Piutang to join our growing finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue installments, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and supporting the company’s cash‑flow stability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong communication abilities, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers with overdue installments via phone, SMS, or in‑person visits to secure payment.
- Explain the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for payments and negotiate realistic repayment plans.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Follow up on promises to pay, sending reminders and confirming receipt of payments.
- Identify patterns of repeated late payments and provide insights to the finance manager for possible policy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve disputes that may hinder payment.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on collection performance, highlighting successes and areas needing improvement.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to preserve customer goodwill while achieving collection targets.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle for field visits when necessary, ensuring coverage of all assigned territories.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations regarding debt collection and consumer protection.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with 0+ years of collection experience are welcome.
- Technical: Own a functioning motorcycle and an Android smartphone with at least 2 GB RAM.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication abilities, adept at negotiation, and capable of handling objections calmly.
- Personal Traits: High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Work Schedule: Full‑time, 08:00 – 17:00, with specific working days to be communicated during the interview process.
