Responsibilities

- Monitor client progress over multiple sessions, adjusting techniques and recommending complementary self‑care practices as needed.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards by sanitizing equipment, preparing the therapy room before each appointment, and ensuring a tranquil atmosphere.
- Document treatment notes accurately in the clinic’s electronic system, recording observations, outcomes, and any client feedback.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals—such as physiotherapists, nutritionists, and yoga instructors—to provide integrated care solutions.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular reflexology, offering advice on lifestyle modifications, stretching routines, and home‑care techniques.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and quality‑assurance reviews to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
