Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of beauty therapies, including facial treatments, skin peels, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Recommend personalized after‑care regimens and product lines to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Maintain detailed client records, documenting treatments performed, product usage, and follow‑up recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior aestheticians and nursing staff to develop innovative service packages and promotional campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new product launches through continuous education and training.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in social media content creation, client testimonials, and in‑clinic events.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking product expiration dates.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in Nursing (for Perawat) is highly preferred.
- Professional attitude in appearance, conduct, and communication.
- Prior experience in aesthetic or beauty services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Result‑driven approach with the ability to meet performance targets.
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in continuous learning.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum one‑year contract.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic knowledge of beauty therapy techniques and product applications.
