We are seeking a dedicated Professional Barista to join our vibrant coffee‑house team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso‑based beverages, pour‑over, cold brew, and seasonal specialties, following standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and handling inquiries about coffee origins and brewing methods.
- Manage cash registers, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and ancillary supplies, and communicate ordering needs to the store manager.
- Train new team members on barista techniques, service etiquette, and safety procedures, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to shift schedules, arriving on time for opening and closing duties, and completing all assigned tasks before the end of each shift.
- Participate in periodic product tastings, menu development meetings, and promotional events to stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Prior experience in the F&B industry is a strong plus, though we also consider enthusiastic newcomers willing to learn.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively under fast‑paced conditions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic barista skills such as espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art are preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a customer‑oriented attitude.
