Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Service Consultant – Kasir & Frontliner to join our vibrant team at the Gress Mall Gresik location. This role is the first point of contact for our valued clients visiting the beauty and wellness center housed within the mall. The ideal candidate will combine a friendly, service‑oriented attitude with strong administrative and cash handling skills, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment guests walk through the door to the completion of their treatment.
The position offers a full‑time schedule, typically from 08:00 to 17:00, with the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment that values professionalism, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Greet every client at the front desk with a warm, courteous demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Provide clear, accurate information about available products, services, and treatment packages.
- Register new and returning clients in the system, ensuring all personal and health details are captured correctly.
- Handle inbound phone calls efficiently, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate and maintain treatment schedules, confirming appointments and managing any changes or cancellations.
- Process all cash, credit, and electronic transactions with precision, issuing receipts and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Conduct regular inventory counts (stock opname) for treatment supplies, recording discrepancies and coordinating re‑orders with the procurement team.
- Assist with the preparation of daily sales reports and Excel‑based performance dashboards.
- Address client complaints or concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and ensure all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 in any field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a frontliner, cashier, or inventory clerk in hospitality, beauty clinics, or gym environments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Service‑oriented mindset with a disciplined work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Highly detail‑oriented, honest, and accountable, with a reputation for reliability.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Technical skills: cash register operation, payment processing systems, customer complaint management, inventory management, reservation handling, and stock distribution.
