Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader and Operational Supervisor to join our growing food‑service operation in Purwokerto. Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, ensuring all service standards are met.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of kitchen and service staff, fostering a collaborative and disciplined work environment.
- Coordinate production schedules for basic pastry and bakery items, guaranteeing freshness, consistency, and adherence to recipes.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for raw materials, and control waste to optimize cost efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as sales, labor productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree); candidates with a background in culinary arts or hospitality are preferred.
- Age range: 18–30 years old, with a strong desire to grow within the industry.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residency: Must be domiciled in Purwokerto or willing to relocate.
- Proven leadership and team‑building abilities; prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Passion for culinary craftsmanship, especially basic pastry and bakery production.
- Positive attitude, disciplined work ethic, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- SMK Tataboga (Culinary) graduates are highly preferred.
