Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations based on daily specials and guest preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a polished, professional manner, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests for refills, additional items, or special accommodations.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system entries with precision, delivering correct checks and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring floor safety.
- Assist in opening and closing duties such as stocking service stations, restocking supplies, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
- Collaborate with team members, including kitchen staff, bartenders, and management, to achieve smooth service flow and resolve any guest concerns.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional peak‑hour shifts.
- For managerial positions: a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) and proven experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant management.
- Passion for food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn menu details and hospitality best practices.
