Introduction
The Specialist Quality Control (QC) position is a critical role within our dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on ensuring that every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented woman aged between 20 and 35 who holds at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and has a proven track record in quality assurance, preferably within the footwear industry. Candidates must have received at least two doses of a COVID‑19 vaccine, reflecting our commitment to a safe workplace. The role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a stable schedule while offering the chance to work closely with production teams, engineering, and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, in‑process components, and finished shoes to verify compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
- Utilize calibrated measuring instruments, visual inspection tools, and statistical process control (SPC) software to record data accurately.
- Document non‑conformities, generate detailed defect reports, and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring quality issues, proposing process improvements that reduce waste and enhance product consistency.
- Maintain and update quality control manuals, inspection checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices.
- Participate in incoming material audits, ensuring suppliers meet our strict quality criteria before materials are released to production.
- Support internal and external audits (ISO 9001, customer-specific standards) by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Train junior staff and new hires on proper inspection techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Monitor and enforce safety and hygiene protocols on the shop floor, contributing to a secure working environment.
Requirements

- Age: 20 – 35 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or quality assurance is a plus.
