Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive Bahasa Indonesia lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and exam standards.
- Conduct interactive classroom activities that develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare practice tests, quizzes, and mock examinations to gauge student readiness for the Ujian Nasional.
- Provide individualized feedback and remedial support to students who need extra assistance.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and track each learner’s academic progress using our learning management system.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum developers to continuously improve teaching materials and methodologies.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, professional development workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be punctual for all teaching and administrative duties.
- Complete all required pre‑employment testing and certification processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or a senior university student (minimum semester 5) in a relevant field such as Education (FKIP) or Science (FMIPA).
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex grammatical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in working with young learners.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Team‑player attitude; able to collaborate effectively with other tutors, administrators, and support staff.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Willingness to undergo a multi‑stage selection process, including teaching demonstrations and interviews.
