Responsibilities
The Store Staff position is designed as a rotational “rolling station” role. You will gain hands‑on experience in every facet of restaurant operations, ensuring you become a well‑rounded hospitality professional.
- Learn and master all job descriptions within the outlet, including cash handling, order taking, and guest interaction.
- Perform duties across all stations: cashier, server/waiter, noodle preparation, bar, dim‑sum service, production line, and cleaning/clear‑up.
- Maintain consistent product quality by following standard operating procedures for preparation, plating, and portion control.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of raw materials.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in a multi‑month training program at the All‑Store Mie Gacoan hub to build core competencies in food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules, working any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hand‑overs between stations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Report any operational issues, safety concerns, or customer feedback to the store manager in a timely manner.
Requirements
Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Age: maximum 30 years old.
- Height: minimum 160 cm for men, 155 cm for women.
- Education: minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Work experience: at least 1 year in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer‑service environments.
- Health: no chronic illnesses and possession of an active police clearance (SKCK).
- Soft skills: strong communication, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility: willingness to work rotating shifts and be deployed to the new Lumajang location.
- Commitment to complete the company‑provided training program and adhere to all corporate policies.
