We are seeking a dedicated Dokter Spesialis Kedokteran Darurat (Emergency Medicine Specialist) to join our multidisciplinary team and uphold our standards of rapid, compassionate, and evidence‑based care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with life‑threatening conditions, including trauma, myocardial infarction, stroke, and severe infections.
- Perform advanced resuscitation procedures such as airway management, cardiac arrest algorithms, and hemorrhage control.
- Stabilize patients for transfer to specialized units or coordinate timely discharge when appropriate.
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary rounds with surgeons, intensivists, radiologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Document all clinical findings, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and national regulations.
- Mentor junior physicians, medical interns, and nursing staff on emergency protocols, clinical decision‑making, and best practices.
- Participate in departmental quality‑improvement initiatives, morbidity‑mortality conferences, and protocol development.
- Maintain readiness for disaster response and mass‑casualty incidents, conducting drills and training sessions regularly.
- Stay current with evolving emergency medicine guidelines through continuous medical education and research activities.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor degree (S1) with a recognized specialization in Emergency Medicine (Kedokteran Darurat).
- Active and valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) licenses.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience working in an Emergency Department or IGD setting.
- Proven ability to manage acute emergencies, perform resuscitation, and stabilize critically ill patients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient‑centered approach.
- Demonstrated resilience under pressure, rapid decision‑making, and strong teamwork orientation.
- Professional demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to ethical medical practice.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional on‑call duties as needed.
