Introduction
The Remedial Officer position in Masohi, Maluku is a pivotal role within our multi‑finance division, focusing on the efficient management of accounts receivable overdue collections. As a core member of the credit and collection team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s cash flow while maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. This full‑time role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and offers the chance to develop a deep understanding of the multifinance industry in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all delinquent accounts are followed up promptly and resolved within set timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of overdue portfolios, generate aging reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales, legal, and risk‑assessment teams to resolve disputes, verify documentation, and enforce contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Identify trends in delinquency, propose preventive measures, and assist in the development of credit‑risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing borrower concerns with empathy while upholding the company’s collection standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with regulatory changes, industry best practices, and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or equivalent S1) in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome.
- Age: Candidates must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as specified by the posting.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial role; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with B2C sales management, target‑driven selling, and basic financial software.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, persuasive negotiation skills, high integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Location: Placement will be based on the candidate’s domicile within the Masohi area.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
