Introduction
PT. Nusantara Logistik is seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator (Gudang Pegangsaan) for our North Jakarta facility. This full‑time role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations, accurate inventory management, and effective coordination of our fleet drivers. The successful candidate will join a dynamic logistics team, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and will help maintain the high service standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities
The Administrator will be responsible for a blend of warehouse and fleet administrative duties. Core responsibilities include:
- Admin Inbound/Outbound/IC
- Process all warehouse paperwork, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Enter incoming and outgoing goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) promptly.
- Conduct regular stock opname calculations and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update system status in real time.
- Admin Fleet
- Generate and print driver delivery orders (surat jalan) for each dispatch.
- Convert sales orders (SO) to “on delivery” status within the system.
- Compile daily dispatch reports and driver trip recaps for operational visibility.
- Update basket quantities in the Asset Tracker when goods move from warehouse to hub.
- Monitor driver activity through the control tower, providing real‑time support and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless flow of information.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest automation or workflow enhancements.
- Support audit activities by providing accurate documentation and traceability of inventory.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (as per role specification).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong administrative and data‑entry abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic Excel functions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
