Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with the student’s curriculum, learning style, and academic goals.
- Assess the learner’s strengths and weaknesses through informal quizzes, observations, and regular progress reports.
- Maintain a disciplined yet encouraging classroom atmosphere, promoting curiosity and confidence.
- Coordinate with parents or guardians to discuss progress, address concerns, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Prepare supplemental teaching materials such as worksheets, visual aids, and interactive activities to reinforce key concepts.
- Stay current with national education standards and emerging pedagogical techniques, incorporating technology where appropriate.
- Manage scheduling, ensure punctual arrival for each session, and adhere to the agreed‑upon Monday‑Saturday workweek (08:00‑17:00).
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or a bachelor’s degree (Sarjana) in Education or a related teaching field.
- Residency: Must be domiciled in Kabupaten Jepara or willing to relocate to the area.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with a focus on personalized instruction.
- Strong interpersonal skills: patience, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility.
