Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Kitchen Staff who brings professional experience and a passion for culinary excellence to our bustling dining establishment. Responsibilities

  • Operate kitchen appliances and tools safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, mixers, and slicers.
  • Assist the head chef in inventory management, receiving deliveries, and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff and front‑of‑house teams to fulfill orders quickly during peak hours.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper handling, labeling, and temperature control of perishable items.
  • Stay calm and focused under high‑pressure situations, maintaining productivity without compromising safety or quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
