- Provide on‑the‑spot assistance for customers who wish to pay immediately, processing transactions securely using mobile payment devices.

- Adhere to a daily route plan, optimizing travel time while covering assigned districts from Monday through Saturday.
- Uphold the company’s brand reputation by demonstrating professionalism, honesty, and a customer‑centric attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex payment terms in simple language.
- High integrity, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude, especially when facing challenging negotiations.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors and travel extensively across the Gunung Tua area.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and data entry for real‑time reporting.
