Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting and trial‑testing items, ensuring they leave with confidence in their purchase.
- Product Knowledge & Education
- Master the full range of our skincare, makeup, and body‑care lines, including ingredients, benefits, and usage techniques.
- Deliver clear, concise product demonstrations and tutorials, both in‑store and during special events.
- Participate in regular brand training sessions, webinars, and product launches to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas set by management.
- Utilize upselling and cross‑selling strategies to introduce complementary items and bundles.
- Promote seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and limited‑time offers to boost conversion rates.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance
- Maintain immaculate product displays, ensuring proper stocking, labeling, and rotation of inventory.
- Arrange promotional signage and point‑of‑sale materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor store cleanliness and adhere to health‑safety standards throughout the workday.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow advisors, managers, and inventory staff to achieve collective store goals.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to influence buying decisions and future product selections.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for beauty trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (Monday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic proficiency in visual merchandising tools; familiarity with 3ds Max is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a commitment to continuous learning.
