Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our expanding team in the Tambun region, covering the entire Jabodetabek Selatan area. This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced financial services environment and is eager to build strong relationships with both existing and new customers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless credit application processes, and upholding the high standards of service that define Adira Finance.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s suite of financial products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Jabodetabek Selatan region.
- Generate orders through the company’s distribution channels, collecting initial data, verifying customer information, and completing all required credit documentation.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with dealers and customers regarding approval status, required actions, and any pending items.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any critical deadlines, ensuring they fully understand their obligations and options.
- Collaborate closely with internal underwriting and risk‑assessment teams to accelerate decision‑making while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of leads, opportunities, and closed deals using the company’s CRM system, providing accurate forecasts to management.
- Conduct regular market visits, gather competitive intelligence, and relay feedback to product development teams to enhance the relevance of our offerings.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and continuously improve personal performance through coaching and training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or financial product distribution (experience is a plus but fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits.
- Proficient in sales management, customer relationship building, and target‑driven selling techniques.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
