As a courier partner, you will become an essential link in our supply chain, ensuring timely and secure deliveries for both commercial clients and private customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick up, transport, and deliver parcels, documents, and cargo to designated recipients within the assigned service zones.
- Verify the accuracy of shipment details, obtain signatures, and maintain proper documentation for each delivery.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS or smartphone navigation, taking into account traffic conditions and distance constraints.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance with LEX standards.
- Report any incidents, delays, or discrepancies to the hub supervisor promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned hub or warehouse, including sorting incoming packages for efficient dispatch.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team, sharing real‑time updates on delivery status and availability.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies, and safety protocols while on the road.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 45 years (flexible up to 55 years for exceptional candidates).
- Education: Open to all levels – from high school graduates to university degree holders.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior courier experience required; a strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Must possess a valid Indonesian identity card (KTP), a driving licence (SIM C), and vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone capable of running LEX’s delivery application.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the hub team.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to serve the community.
- Coverage Area: Yogyakarta & Bantul hubs, including but not limited to the following districts:
- Kabupaten Bantul – Bambang Lipuro, Bangunjiwo, Banguntapan, Dlingo, Imogiri, Jetis, Kasihan, Kretek, Pajangan, Pandak, Piyungan, Pleret, Prawirodirjan, Pundong, Sanden, Sedayu, Sewon, Srandakan.
- Kabupaten Kulon Progo – Galur, Girimulyo, Kalibawang, Kokap, Lendah, Nanggulan, Panjatan, Pengasih, Samigaluh, Sentolo, Temon, Wates.
- Kabupaten Magelang – Bandongan, Borobudur, Candimulyo, Mertoyudan, Mungkid, Muntilan, Ngluwar, Salam, Salaman, Secang, Tegalrejo, Tempuran.
- Kabupaten Sleman – Berbah, Bimomartani, Cangkringan, Depok, Gamping, Gandok, Godean, Kalasan, Kaliwaru, Karanggayam, Lereng, Maguwoharjo, Minggir, Mlati, Moyudan, Ngaglik, Ngemplak, Pakem, Prambanan, Purwobinangun, Sardonoharjo, Seyegan, Sinduharjo, Sindumartani, Sleman, Tempel, Tirtomartani, Trimulyo, Turi, Widodomartani.
- Kota Magelang – Magelang Selatan, Tengah, Utara.
