Introduction

Weda Regional is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by promoting the company’s portfolio of products to both existing and new customers across the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, comfortable negotiating with dealers and end‑users, and capable of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment and after‑sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer and present the company’s product range to existing clients and prospective customers, tailoring pitches to meet specific needs.
  • Generate new orders through channel distribution partners, collecting initial data, verifying information, and completing all required customer documentation and credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, keeping dealers and customers informed of approval status, pending requirements, and final decisions.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, ensuring a smooth invoicing and collection process.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems regularly, and provide weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer insights and help shape future product offerings.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealer locations and key accounts to strengthen relationships, resolve issues promptly, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the achievement of regional sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 in any field; graduates from all majors are welcome.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability in B2C sales management, strong orientation toward achieving sales targets, and solid understanding of credit application processes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Mobility: Own vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C license are required for field visits.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
