Introduction

Swissôtel, a premium brand within the Accor hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic Guest Services Representative to join its dedicated front‑office team. This role is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and personalized service. The position operates on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Ideal candidates will bring at least one year of hospitality experience, a strong service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. Fluency in English is advantageous, and all genders are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service in line with Swissôtel and Accor standards, ensuring every interaction is courteous, efficient, and personalized.
  • Manage the check‑in and check‑out processes, accurately handling reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the lobby, reception desk, and surrounding public areas.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special needs, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, security, and other departments to guarantee seamless daily operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily reports, occupancy statistics, and other performance metrics for management review.
  • Promote hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions, enhancing the overall guest experience and driving ancillary revenue.
  • Uphold health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team briefings to stay updated on brand standards and service innovations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent; a high school diploma with relevant hospitality coursework is also acceptable.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a guest‑facing role within a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a strong plus.
  • Professional appearance, well‑groomed demeanor, and a service‑oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, handle pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that exceed guest expectations.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
