Introduction

The Customer Relation Officer (CRO) – Automotive is a pivotal role that serves as the bridge between our company and its valued customers. In this position, you will ensure that every interaction—from the moment a client walks into our service center to the post‑service follow‑up—is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of automotive service standards. Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring a resolution that enhances satisfaction.
  • Conduct systematic follow‑ups after vehicle service appointments to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively remind customers of upcoming periodic maintenance schedules, helping them keep their vehicles in optimal condition.
  • Provide clear, up‑to‑date information on products, services, promotional offers, and special campaigns.
  • Promote and upsell spare parts, lubricants, and accessories, aligning recommendations with each customer’s vehicle needs.
  • Maintain and continuously update the customer database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanics, service advisors, and operations teams to coordinate service delivery and address any technical concerns.
  • Monitor service quality metrics, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and service trends for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred; at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) is acceptable.
  • Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
  • Male candidates are preferred to meet current operational needs.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service or relation roles, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and the ability to represent the brand positively.
  • Team‑oriented mindset, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Genuine passion for automobiles and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
