Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail‑oriented individuals to join the Tim Operasional Toko Grabag as part of our dynamic retail team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers, and supporting the store’s overall performance. Responsibilities
- Manage daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and security checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by receiving shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and updating the store’s management system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) terminals, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges following company policies.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including shelf arrangement, price tagging, and promotional displays.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to schedule deliveries and manage back‑order situations.
- Monitor store cleanliness and safety, performing routine checks of equipment, fire exits, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and communicate insights to the store manager.
- Support team members by training new hires on computer systems, store procedures, and customer service protocols.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss sales targets, upcoming promotions, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or higher). Candidates with SMK, SMA, or S1 qualifications are also considered.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Proficient in basic computer operations, including word processing, spreadsheet use, and familiarity with retail management software.
- Excellent personal appearance, honesty, and a strong sense of professional conduct.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in retail or store operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
